Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations smoothly
- Manage sales targets and achieve business growth
- Handle customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Supervise staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
- Maintain stock, inventory control & ordering
- Coordinate with suppliers and head office
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling & reporting
- Maintain store display, cleanliness & discipline
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in hardware / paints / building materials field
- Strong sales and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of paints, electricals, plumbing or hardware products
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Billing / Tally preferred)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet target
Qualification
- Degree / Diploma (Commerce or any relevant field preferred)
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Experience in retail showroom management
- Knowledge of local market and suppliers
- Malayalam & English communication skills
