We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and the travel industry. ## Job Summary We are hiring energetic and target-driven **Sales & Operations Executives** to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting travel inquiries into bookings while ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to trip completion. ## Key Responsibilities ### Sales * Contact inbound leads and convert them into confirmed bookings. * Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities. * Identify potential customers through online platforms, referrals, and networking. * Recommend customized travel packages based on customer requirements. * Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. * Achieve monthly sales targets. * Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions. ### Operations * Coordinate bookings and travel arrangements. * Manage customer communication before, during, and after trips. * Coordinate with vendors for hotels, transport, and activities. * Track customer payments and maintain records. * Handle customer queries and resolve travel-related issues promptly. * Support daily operational activities as required. Eligibility * Excellent communication and convincing skills. * Strong customer service mindset. * Passion for the travel industry. * Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. * Ability to multitask and work independently. * Freshers are welcome to apply. * Previous experience in travel sales or customer support is an added advantage.
