Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
Drive operational efficiency by achieving targets aligned with organizational strategic objectives at the lowest possible cost.
Monitor and improve conversion costs including OEE, power consumption, manpower efficiency, etc.
Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports on operational performance for Management Review Meetings (MRM).
Lead and support problem-solving and troubleshooting activities across operations.
Utilize strong technical knowledge of machines, molds, and product processes to improve performance and reduce downtime.
Manage and execute continuous improvement projects with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and standardization.
