Simple Logic is hiring an Application Support Engineer specializing in the Mutual Fund domain to provide L1/L2 support for business-critical applications. The role involves monitoring application performance, resolving data discrepancies, managing user access, and acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams. Ideal candidates should have domain knowledge in mutual funds and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :

Provide L1/L2 application support for mutual fund business applications.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.

Act as a liaison between the business users and the development/infra teams.

Resolve issues related to data discrepancies, user access, reporting, etc.

Maintain and support batch jobs, interfaces, and integrations.

Create and maintain technical and process documentation.

Ensure proper incident, problem, and change management processes are followed.

Support UAT and production deployments in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines (SEBI, AMFI, etc.).

Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support.

Prior experience working in the Mutual Fund / Asset Management industry is mandatory.

Strong understanding of mutual fund operations and transaction workflows (Purchase, Redemption, Switch, SIP, NAV, etc.).

Hands-on experience with applications like MFund, Wealth Spectrum, FinNet, etc., is highly preferred.

Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
