Position - Telesales Executive
Job Location—Thakurpukur near Behala (Kolkata)
KRA -
- Make outbound calls to customers after property booking/sale to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Follow up with clients for pending payments, agreements, KYC documents, and other formalities.
- Provide updates regarding project status, possession timelines, registration process, and other milestones
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Site teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct feedback calls and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Support the team in collection follow-ups as per payment schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
