Job Description – Abacus Trainer (Freshers Welcome)

About the Role
FoxBrain is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and articulate Abacus Trainer to conduct engaging Abacus and Mental Math classes for children.
Freshers are welcome to apply if they have excellent English communication skills, a confident and bold personality, and a genuine interest in teaching. Candidates with prior experience in teaching, tutoring, training, or working with children will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Abacus and Mental Math classes as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Use interactive, engaging, and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans and ensure timely syllabus completion.
- Assess student progress through tests, worksheets, and classroom activities.
- Maintain attendance, performance records, and student progress reports.
- Provide feedback to students and communicate with parents when required.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and motivating classroom environment.
- Prepare students for competitions, assessments, and certification exams.
- Participate in teacher training, workshops, meetings, and educational events.
- Follow FoxBrain's teaching standards, policies, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum age: 26 years.
- Graduate in any discipline is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome with excellent English communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Prior teaching, tutoring, training, or experience working with children is an advantage.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills are essential.
- Confident, bold, presentable, and comfortable speaking in front of groups.
- Passionate about teaching children with a patient and positive attitude.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Working Days & Timings
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: Tuesday
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be 26 years or above.
- Must be willing to work as per the above schedule.
- Must be punctual, professional, confident, and committed to quality education.
- Candidates residing in or near Indirapuram, Ghaziabad will be preferred.
