Job Description:
KVM Public School is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors and should have excellent communication and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors in a courteous manner.
* Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
* Manage student and visitor records.
* Handle admissions inquiries and provide accurate information.
* Maintain reception area and office files.
* Coordinate with school staff for daily administrative tasks.
* Draft emails, letters, and notices when required.
* Manage appointments and maintain school registers.
* Perform other office duties assigned by the school administration.
Requirements:
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
* Prior experience in a school or office reception is preferred but not mandatory.
