Job Title: Brand Marketing Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and execution-oriented Brand Marketing Executive to drive marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand building, campaign execution, digital marketing, and vendor management, working closely with the Head of Marketing to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, influencer, PR, and on-ground activations.
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors for marketing collaterals, events, and promotional activities.
- Manage social media initiatives and collaborate on engaging content creation.
- Execute brand events, partnerships, and customer engagement programs.
- Track marketing budgets, campaign performance, and prepare MIS reports.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in F&B, Hospitality, Lifestyle, or Retail.
- Strong experience in campaign management, digital marketing, vendor coordination, and budgeting.
- Good understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinker with a hands-on approach and strong execution capabilities.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
Experience:
- F&B, Hospitality, Lifestyle, or Retail.: 5 years (Preferred)
- campaign, digital Mrkting, vendor , and budgeting: 5 years (Preferred)
