·Flair for selling & Educational Products to Schools/Colleges/Institutions - B2B & Experience in Education or Edtech Industry will be preferred.
·Experience of 4 to 6 years (Should be open to travel)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales for EdTech software solutions and educational books
- Identify, pitch, and on-board schools, coaching institutes, and education partners
- Forge and maintain partnerships with schools/institutions in region, identify potential clients in the education sector, establish relationships, and conduct presentations to showcase the benefits of our programs.
- Enhance Kalorex presence in the assigned territory as per the Target defined
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, centre heads, teachers, counsellors, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate and deliver engaging seminars, workshops for K12 students, highlighting the benefits, collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Proactively identifying leads and converting them through high quality sales pitch
- Achieve Target oriented Revenues as defined by the Reporting managers.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, Education
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales related to EdTech / Education products.
- Strong understanding of school ecosystem (K-12 preferred)
- Good command over English & Regional language
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
