Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Identify hiring needs and create job descriptions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Coordinate hiring processes and onboarding
2. Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and grievances
- Promote a healthy and positive work environment
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
3. Performance Management
- Assist in setting performance goals and KPIs
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisals
- Support employee development and training programs
4. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Ensure smooth HR administrative processes
5. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures
- Conduct audits and maintain legal documentation
