Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our Outdoor Advertising team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients.
- Promote hoardings, billboards, LED screens, and outdoor advertising solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, builders, educational institutions, hospitals, and retail brands.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Media, Advertising, or Business Development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of outdoor advertising/media sales is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
