About the Role:
RedHawks School is looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should love working with young children and be committed to creating a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities for PG, Nursery, LKG, and UKG students.
* Develop children’s communication, social, emotional, and motor skills.
* Maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
* Prepare creative teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom displays.
* Observe and assess each child’s progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
* Maintain student records and classroom discipline.
* Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.
* Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and the school management.
Requirements:
* Graduate in any discipline
* Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Passion for teaching and caring for young children.
* Creative, patient, energetic, and responsible.
* Freshers with excellent teaching skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
