- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle room reservations, bookings, and cancellations.
- Attend guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain guest records and update information in the system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails courteously.
- Handle cash, card payments, and billing procedures.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and well maintained.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and SOPs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel software.
- Ability to handle guests politely and professionally.
- Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: Up to ₹19,000.00 per month
