Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction, renovation, and interior work activities at the site.
- Interpret and execute architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedules.
- Verify measurements and quantities before execution and billing.
- Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify deviations from drawings or project requirements.
- Manage labor workforce and allocate tasks efficiently.
- Maintain records of daily site activities, manpower attendance, and material consumption.
- Coordinate material requirements and monitor inventory at the site.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to statutory regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Assist in resolving on-site technical and architectural issues.
- Conduct final inspections and snag-list closures before project handover.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
