Description of the Area
We are seeking a hands-on leader, ideally with experience as an STE, RTE, Program Manager or Initiative Owner, to guide a diverse delivery team, including Senior Project/Program Managers, Deployment Leads, RTEs, and STEs. You will operate as a practitioner-leader, balancing deep mentorship with Network Execution. Success in this role relies on establishing absolute trust with Business and IT leaders through constant communication and active partnership.

Who you are:

Experienced Product Leader: You bring 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis with a proven track record of launching technology products.

Industry Specialist: You possess 2+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.
•
Proven People Lead: You have 1+ years of experience in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary technical teams and holding people authority.
•
Technically Proficient: You have a strong understanding of software architecture (APIs, cloud) and the product development lifecycle, including GxP and GDPR.
•
Strategic Communicator: You excel at translating high-level scientific goals into concrete roadmaps and influencing diverse groups toward a common vision.
•
Agile Expert: You are skilled in SAFe facilitation and capable of removing systemic impediments to maintain operational excellence and flow.

Academic Foundation: You are highly educated in a relevant scientific, technical, or business field, supporting your ability to navigate the healthcare landscape.
