Department : Sales Job Role - Responsible for Corporate membership sales for the Club. - Clear understanding of the Clubs business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals as directed by S&M manager. - Represent Clubs in various events and exhibition. - Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner. - Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.) - Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests. - Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team. - Generating reports, preparing proposals, collections details, coordinating with clients & suppliers. - Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts) - Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g. brochures, promotional materials, sales demo kit, welcome kit, souvenir etc.). - Assist sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. - Arrange, Record and co-ordinate meetings, events and any appointments. - Interaction with client in regards to leads, hotel needs and client travel. - Meets with clients in the absence of the Director of Sales or Sr. Sales Managers to effectively and professionally convey details of the sale to the client. - Establishes strong relationships with vendors to ensure maximization of hotel revenue. - Ensures all documents produced by the Sales Department (i.e. BEOs, contracts, rooming lists, proposals) are completed accurately and on time. - Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. - Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material are available at all times. - Other duties as assigned by your Reporting manager. Desired Candidate Profile - Graduate/ Diploma from an accredited university in Business Administration/Marketing. - At least 02-05 years’ experience as a sales coordinator of a medium sized Club/Hotel of international 4 or 5 star standards - Knowledge of accounting and excel. Department : Banquet Sales Job Role - Proposes banquet Venue Menu and pricing in consultation with Banquet Sr. Manager & Chef. - Develops long and short-term market plans. - Keeps in touch with all major clients (customer service) - Coordinates with Banquet Manager for menu changes according to guest demand and sales history. - Constantly monitors customer feedback by interacting with guests on a daily basis. - Ensures timely distribution of all Function Prospectus to all concerned departments. - Ensures documentation of all customer interactions (contracts, house rules etc.) - Ensure timely payment of all banquet bills. Desired Candidate Profile - Graduation/ 2- 3 years diploma in Club Management/ diploma in sales - Detailed knowledge of all hospitality policies and procedures. - Outstanding guest relation skills. - Is a natural sales person. - Food & Beverage product knowledge. - Ensures Banquets Sales office is maintained professionally. - Responsible for maintenance of all Banquet records as per Organizations policy. - Proposes and ensures improvement of all banquet records as per Organizations policy. - Proposes and ensures improvement in work by recommending changes in methods.
