We are hiring a dynamic and student-friendly Academic Counsellor to manage student enquiries, provide course guidance, and support the admission process. The candidate should be energetic, confident, and capable of achieving admission targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Interact with students and parents through calls and direct meetings
- Provide detailed information about courses and career opportunities
- Handle admission enquiries and convert leads into enrollments
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates
- Maintain admission records and daily reports
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to convince and motivate students
- Basic computer and social media knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team handling or counselling experience is an added advantage
