- Manage the reception desk and front office operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, couriers, and general enquiries.
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks for the Delhi office.
- Manage calendars of partners, including scheduling meetings, appointments, calls, and reminders.
- Assist with travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and transport coordination, where required.
- Support basic billing activities, including preparing draft invoices and sending out timespent reports, submitting reimbursements
- Ensure smooth daily functioning of the office and provide general administrative support to lawyers and staff.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
