Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure seamless patient service.
- Conduct post-treatment follow-ups and collect customer feedback.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities through customer outreach.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service, patient coordination, telesales, or relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
