Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Initiating high-volume calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services.
- Sales Conversion : Achieving daily/monthly sales targets through the responsive qualified leads.
- Customer Engagement: Delivering prepared sales scripts, explaining product benefits & informations and handling objections.
- Data Management: Updating and maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Following up with potential leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using CRM software and telephone systems.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure to meet targets.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and articulate product/service features.
