Front Office Management
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and business associates.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor records and meeting schedules.
- Manage reception area cleanliness and presentation.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate office operations and daily administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain company records and filing systems.
Team & Business Support
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for management.
- Follow up with vendors, clients, and service providers.
- Support HR activities such as interview scheduling and onboarding.
- Assist in organizing company events, client meetings, and open houses.
CRM & Data Management
- Update and maintain CRM records.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
- Track inquiries and support lead management activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, administration, or office coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
