Position: Enquiry Moderator
Role Objective
To manage and coordinate incoming enquiries from multiple sources and ensure timely forwarding to the concerned departments, maintaining proper tracking and follow-ups for smooth lead handling.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor enquiries received from: Website, Email and Online B2B Platforms
Respond to basic customer messages professionally.
Forward enquiries to the relevant department (Sales / Technical / Accounts / Dispatch, etc.).
Maintain enquiry logs in CRM with complete details.
Follow up internally to ensure enquiry is attended and closed.
Ensure no lead is missed, delayed, or wrongly routed.
Prepare daily/weekly enquiry summary reports.
Required Skills
Strong communication.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is mandatory.
Ability to multitask
Basic understanding of B2B and B2C lead generation
Qualification & Experience

Graduate (any stream).

1–2 years’ experience preferred.

Experience in customer support/tele-calling/lead management is an advantage.
