We are hiring an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) for our hospital in Machilipatnam. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in handling routine and advanced laboratory investigations with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform tests in Hematology, Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology & Microbiology
- Operate and maintain automated lab equipment
- Ensure accurate sample processing and timely reporting
- Follow quality control and infection control protocols
- Maintain laboratory records and inventory
Requirements
- B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) – Mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of hospital/diagnostic experience
- Knowledge of automated analyzers and laboratory standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
