Role Overview
As a Web Developer Intern, you'll work closely with our design, marketing, content, and development teams to build responsive, high-performing websites for global B2B brands.
You'll assist in developing websites using WordPress, HubSpot CMS, or Webflow while learning industry best practices for performance, accessibility, SEO, and user experience.
We believe AI is transforming the way websites are built. You'll be expected to use AI tools throughout the development lifecycle—from converting Figma designs into responsive websites and HTML into reusable CMS templates to debugging, optimizing code, generating components, improving performance, and accelerating repetitive development tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development
Build responsive websites using WordPress, HubSpot CMS, or Webflow.
Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.
Convert HTML/CSS layouts into reusable CMS templates and components.
Customize themes, templates, and reusable website sections.
Develop websites that are responsive, accessible, and optimized across devices and browsers.
Assist in website launches, updates, maintenance, and ongoing improvements.
AI-Assisted Development
Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar AI coding assistants to improve development efficiency and quality.
Leverage AI for code generation, debugging, refactoring, documentation, testing, and repetitive development tasks.
Validate AI-generated code and ensure it meets production-quality standards.
Continuously explore new AI workflows and tools to improve productivity and development quality.
Performance & Quality
Optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, SEO, accessibility, and overall user experience.
Test websites across multiple browsers, screen sizes, and devices.
Identify and resolve UI, responsiveness, and functionality issues.
Follow modern web development best practices and coding standards.
Collaboration
Collaborate with designers, marketers, content writers, and developers throughout project execution.
Translate business and design requirements into functional web experiences.
Assist with hosting configurations, staging environments, deployments, and routine maintenance.
Participate in team discussions, code reviews, and continuous learning initiatives.
Skills We're Looking For
0-6 months of experience through internships, academic projects, freelance work, or personal projects.
Hands-on experience with at least one of the following platforms:
WordPress
HubSpot CMS
Webflow
Exposure to or a basic understanding of one or more of the remaining platforms is highly preferred.
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive web development, and modern web standards.
Familiarity with Figma and the ability to convert designs into responsive websites.
Exposure to AI development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar AI coding assistants.
Willingness to adopt AI-assisted development workflows to improve productivity and code quality.
Basic understanding of Git/version control is an advantage.
Exposure to Elementor, PHP, or modern frontend frameworks is a plus.
Interest in website performance optimization, technical SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and Core Web Vitals.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
