Job Summary:
The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing potential clients, and coordinating with the sales team to drive property sales. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers, explaining project details, handling initial queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience before handing over to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications to generate and qualify real estate leads.
- Handle client inquiries across calls, emails, chats, and walk-ins by providing accurate property details, pricing, amenities, and legal information.
- Maintain and update leads records with timely follow-ups, schedule site visits, and coordinate meetings with sales managers.
- Support marketing initiatives, share promotional materials, track lead conversions, and ensure a smooth and positive pre-sales customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telesales, customer service, or real estate industry (preferred).
- Fluency in English and local language.
Pay: ₹13,643.17 - ₹55,552.34 per month
