Job Summary
Chandigarh University is seeking a dynamic and industry-oriented Full Stack, OOPs & Java Trainer to join the DCPD team. The role focuses on enhancing students' technical competencies, coding skills, and industry readiness through structured training, hands-on projects, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training sessions on:
- Core and Advanced Java
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts
- Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend)
- Design and update curriculum aligned with industry standards and placement requirements
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, live projects, and practical assignments
- Mentor students for technical interviews, coding rounds, and placement drives
- Evaluate student performance and provide continuous feedback
- Organize workshops, bootcamps, and hackathons
- Collaborate with placement and academic teams to align training with recruiter expectations
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into training modules
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA in Computer Science or related field
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java (Core + Advanced)
- Solid understanding of OOPs principles
- Experience with Full Stack technologies:
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular (preferred)
- Backend: Java (Spring Boot preferred)
- Database: MySQL / MongoDB
- Knowledge of REST APIs and web services
- Familiarity with Git and version control
- Experience:
- 2–8 years of experience in training & teaching.
- Prior experience in student training or placement-oriented coaching is a plusKey Competencies

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
