Import & Customs Clearance Executive
Location: Thane
We're looking for a smart, hands-on Import & Customs Clearance Executive to manage international shipments, customs clearance, and import documentation with speed and accuracy.
What You'll Do:
- Handle end-to-end import operations (Air & Sea)
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHA
- Manage customs clearance, Bills of Entry, and duty-related processes
- Verify import documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to warehouse
- Resolve clearance and logistics issues proactively
What We're Looking For:
- 1–5 years of experience in Imports, EXIM, or Customs Clearance
- Good knowledge of import documentation and customs procedures
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Experience working with CHA and freight forwarders
- Immediate joiners preferred
Industry Preference: Pharma, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Logistics
Experience: 1–5 Years
