This position is required form an aging existing clients and acquiring new ones. This position requires proven work experience as Staffing Specialist, Staffing Coordinator or in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities and Speci fic Accountabilities: Objectives:
- Managing existing clients and acquiring new ones. Aproven track record of successfully negotiating rates with customers to ensure maximum profitability.
- Drafting analytical strategic MIS Reports-daily, weekly, monthly and annual
- Developing Talent Acquisition Strategy, analyzing recruitment needs, design and implement recruitment solutions.
- Gather and maintain competitive market intelligence to help building a proactive and value added talent acquisition model.
- Responsible for creating new accounts and generate business from old, dead and new clients.
- Interviewing and evaluating candidates(using structured interviews and tests).
- Pre employment screening like getting references and performing background checks.
- Liaise with College Alumni Associations.
- Experienced/ Background of Engineering services companies and providing technical support and value-added solutions.
- Prepare and maintain weekly Project vs. Actual performance reports.
- Submit detailed monthly reports during the initial 3-month period.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onsite engineers.
- Adhere strictly to Timelabs policies and company guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports of client visits (new and existing clients).
- Maintain a proactive and positive approach in coordinating with the HR department.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
