Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are not only functional but also optimized for performance and scalability. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any challenges that may arise.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Need to work on Shift B(12:30pm till 10:00pm)
