Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive with strong chat and communication skills to manage customer interactions efficiently. The role involves handling multiple chats, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat/SMS platforms
- Manage multiple conversations simultaneously (3+ chats)
- Troubleshoot issues related to dispatch, logistics, and customer queries
- Perform real-time problem-solving and escalation handling
- Maintain high-quality communication with customers and internal teams
- Use tools like Zendesk, Slack, Twilio Flex, Google Maps
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support / chat support / logistics / dispatch
- Strong English communication skills (B2+ CEFR level)
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High emotional intelligence for handling difficult situations
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SaaS or cloud-based support environments
- Prior exposure to customer-facing technical support roles
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹414,524.15 per year
