Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive – IT to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT business development, market research, lead generation, and client acquisition. Candidates with research management experience and a strong understanding of the IT industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Research potential clients, target industries, and emerging market trends.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies through various online and offline channels.
- Reach out to prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other networking platforms.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions and services.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Negotiate with clients and support contract finalization.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion into business opportunities.
Research & Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Research potential clients, decision-makers, and target markets.
- Analyze market data and prepare business intelligence reports.
- Identify emerging technologies and business opportunities in the IT industry.
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate information.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business growth strategies.
Preferred Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Business Development or IT Sales.
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to understand service.
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and research management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
