Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and prospect large enterprise accounts through outbound research, industry mapping, and targeted outreach — building a strong pipeline from scratch

Build and manage a structured pipeline of large enterprise prospects, driving end-to-end ownership from prospecting to onboarding

Develop and execute account-level acquisition strategies tailored to large customers, with a strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel

Partner with KAM, BD, and product teams to design compelling value propositions and pitch frameworks for large enterprise segments

Segment prospective customers based on industry verticals, logistics requirements, and business scale to prioritize outreach and maximize conversion

Identify decision-maker hierarchies within target accounts and build multi-stakeholder engagement strategies to accelerate deal closures

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals — setting clear goals, driving accountability, and building team capability over time
