WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
● Content Strategy & Development: Develop a cohesive content strategy that supports Reset Footprint’s objectives, and enhances brand visibility. Plan, write and manage content for email campaigns, websites, social media, and other communication channels, ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.
● Marketing Collateral: Create and oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, reports, and other printed and digital assets that effectively communicate Reset Footprint’s value propositions and initiatives.
● Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage the content calendar for email campaigns, social media, and corporate communications, ensuring timely and coordinated delivery of all communications.
● Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including outreach, operations, logistics, and client servicing to align content with broader organizational initiatives and messaging strategies.
● Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of content in email campaigns and corporate communications, using insights to optimize future content strategies.
REQUIRED SKILLS
● Content Creation: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with experience in crafting compelling content for email, corporate communications, and marketing collateral. ● Email Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing principles, including content strategy, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
● Impact-Driven Social Strategy: Experience in creating and scheduling intentional content that highlights our sustainability milestones and social impact stories to resonate with a global audience. Strong grasp of social media dynamics, including content planning, community management, and analyzing performance.
● Brand Management: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content and communications.
● Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple content projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze communication performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine content strategies.
● Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Bachelor's/Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years of experience in content writing, corporate communications, email marketing, and marketing communications.
