Job Title: Production Manager – Knitted Apparels Division
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead our Knitted Apparels Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing end-to-end production operations while ensuring adherence to quality standards, production targets, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in knitted garment manufacturing, and the ability to drive continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities for the knitted garments division.
- Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Monitor production efficiency, quality, and resource utilization to achieve operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise production teams, line managers, and supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor production costs, minimize wastage, and improve productivity through lean manufacturing practices.
- Ensure machinery, equipment, and workforce are optimally utilized to maximize output.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
