Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HVAC project execution (Planning to Handover)
- Supervise site activities: ducting, copper piping, VRF/VRV installation, insulation & commissioning
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, vendors & clients
- Prepare project schedules, material lists, BOQs & daily/weekly progress reports
- Monitor site productivity, quality checks & safety compliance
- Handle client meetings, billing verification & work documentation
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 7–9 years of experience in HVAC project execution
- Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV, Ductable, Chiller & Ventilation systems
- Ability to read HVAC drawings (ducting, piping, layout plans)
- Experience in site supervision & team handling
- Good communication & client coordination skills
- Ready to travel to project sites as required
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
