We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for diamond jewellery and possess excellent sales and data collection skills. This role is crucial for driving sales and gathering market intelligence to support the growth of our business.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Collect data on competitors, market conditions, and potential sales opportunities.
- Compile and report gathered data to the sales manager to inform strategic decisions.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated with product features and benefits, and effectively communicate them to customers.
- Organize and attend events such as exhibitions and fairs to promote the company’s products.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to gather and analyze market and customer information.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
