Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in sourcing and onboarding candidates for training and placement programs. The ideal candidate should have expertise in recruiting candidates on OPT, CPT, H1B Transfer, H4 EAD, Green Card, and US Citizen work authorizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates on OPT, CPT, H1B Transfer, H4 EAD, Green Card, and US Citizen work authorizations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for training and placement programs.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
- Assess communication skills, technical background, and eligibility requirements.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and documentation.
- Utilize social media platforms, referrals, networking groups, professional communities, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, universities, training institutes, and referral networks.
- Meet monthly onboarding and recruitment targets.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience as an OPT Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B Transfer, H4 EAD, Green Card, and US Citizen work authorizations.
- Experience sourcing candidates for training and placement programs.
- Strong networking and candidate relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate consistent candidate pipelines through social media and referrals.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
