About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Business Analyst who can effectively translate business needs into practical ERP solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who possess strong business analysis skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and the confidence to interact with clients, management teams, and implementation partners.
While prior exposure to ERPNext is highly preferred, we are equally interested in candidates with experience in any ERP ecosystem who demonstrate strong analytical thinking, business process understanding, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and operational requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP-driven solutions.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements with clarity and precision.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, and solution recommendations.
- Work closely with development, implementation, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct client meetings, workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Deliver end-user training and provide functional guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support clients during implementation, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live phases.
What We're Looking ForEssential Skills
- 1.5 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, ERP Consultant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Ability to confidently conduct meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to understand business processes across multiple functions and translate them into system requirements.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with ERP systems such as ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of business functions including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, Finance, or Accounting.
- Experience in ERP implementation, digital transformation, or process improvement projects.
- Knowledge of Agile or project delivery methodologies is an added advantage.

Location Requirement
Candidates should be based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Porur, Chennai before joining. Applicants residing in and around Porur will be preferred.
