EXPERIENCE: 2 - 8 Years
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and generate leads, contact new and existing customers, and negotiate deals to secure orders and payments.
- Provide product/service information, support dealer teams, and liaise with financiers for delivery processing.
- Keep customer data, opportunities, and calendars up-to-date in CRM; ensure timely submission of travel expense reports.
- Develop sales plans, identify business opportunities, and contribute insights on competitors and product enhancements
- Collect voice-of-customer input to improve service and inform internal improvements.
- Analyse orders and provide documentation and insights to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
