Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring of interior fit-out projects at site. The role involves coordinating with site teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments to ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day site execution and project coordination.
- Review and interpret civil, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor site progress against project schedules and report delays.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and site availability.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution issues.
- Assist in measurements, quantity verification, and preparation of site reports.
- Coordinate with the planning, procurement, design, QS, and MEP teams.
- Maintain daily progress reports, checklists, MOMs, and other project documentation.
- Support resolution of technical and site-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and EHS requirements at the project site.
- Assist the Project Manager in achieving project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications & ExperienceEducation
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered based on relevant experience.
Experience
- 0–4 years of relevant experience in project execution/site engineering.
- Experience in commercial interior fit-out, construction, or real estate projects preferred.
- Freshers with relevant project/internship experience may also be considered for trainee-level positions.
Knowledge, Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills
- Site execution and project coordination
- Knowledge of commercial interior fit-out works
- AutoCAD and ability to read construction drawings
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, quantities and measurements
- MS Excel is mandatory and MS Office
- Project planning and progress tracking
- Knowledge of civil, architectural and basic MEP coordination
- Quality control and site inspection
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
