Evolvx Labs is looking for a driven, problem-solving AI Systems Engineer to work directly with enterprise clients and build AI systems that solve real operational challenges.
This is not a traditional software engineering role. You will work at the intersection of technology and business, understanding how companies operate, identifying inefficiencies, and designing AI-powered systems that transform the way they work.
From custom ERP platforms to intelligent automation and LLM-powered enterprise applications, you will help turn complex business problems into scalable AI solutions.

The Role
As a AI Systems Engineer, you will collaborate with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
You will analyse business operations, map workflows, design solutions, and work alongside our engineering team to deliver AI-powered enterprise systems. Every client is different, meaning every solution you build will be unique.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork Directly with Clients
Understand how businesses operate by working closely with founders, managers, and operational teams.
Analyse Business Workflows
Study existing processes across departments such as sales, operations, inventory, finance, production, and HR to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
Design AI Solutions
Translate business requirements into scalable software architecture, AI workflows, and intelligent automation systems.
Custom Enterprise Systems
Help design and build customised ERP platforms and enterprise applications tailored to each client's workflow.
AI Integration
Implement AI capabilities including LLMs, intelligent search, document understanding, AI agents, and workflow automation into enterprise software.
Full Stack Development
Develop frontend and backend components required to deliver production-ready enterprise applications.
System Integration
Integrate third-party platforms including CRMs, accounting software, payment systems, communication tools, and other business applications.
Problem Solving
Break down complex operational challenges into practical software solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Continuous Improvement
Work closely with clients after deployment to refine systems, improve workflows, and introduce new AI capabilities as their business evolves.
What We Are Looking ForTechnical Foundation
Basic understanding of programming (Python preferred), databases, APIs, and software development fundamentals.
