Position: Digital Marketing Executive (E-Commerce)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive / Manager with 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in performance marketing, campaign management, and AI-powered marketing tools to drive sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, and maximize ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for e-commerce brands.
- Manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and sales metrics.
- Execute product launches, promotional campaigns, remarketing, and retargeting strategies.
- Coordinate with content, design, and website teams for campaign execution.
- Support SEO, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and customer retention initiatives.
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Canva AI, etc.) for content creation, campaign optimization, reporting, and productivity.
- Conduct competitor analysis and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of Shopify/WooCommerce, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, remarketing, and audience targeting.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, landing pages, CRO, and ROAS optimization.
- Proficiency in AI marketing tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
