We are seeking an experienced BOQ Executive to prepare and manage Bills of Quantities for interior projects in our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare detailed BOQs for interior projects
● Estimate material and labor quantities from drawings
● Coordinate with design and procurement teams for costing
● Review and update BOQs as per site changes
● Support budgeting and cost control processes.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil/Interior Design, strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and estimation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
