Staff Meal Cook
Location: Coimbatore
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Weekly Off: 1 day per week

Job Summary
We are looking for a Staff Meal Cook to prepare fresh and tasty vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals for approximately 20 staff members. The cook will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner according to the weekly menu provided by the management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily staff meals according to the approved weekly menu.
- Prepare South Indian dishes such as idly, dosa, rice, curry, sambar, rasam and other tiffin items.
- Estimate and prepare the appropriate quantity of food for approximately 20 staff members.
- Maintain good taste, consistency and freshness of food.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cooking area and personal workspace.
- Handle cooking activities independently and coordinate with the Kitchen Head when required.
- Make practical menu adjustments based on the situation, in coordination with the Kitchen Head.
- Follow basic food hygiene and safe food-handling practices.
Candidate Profile
- Good practical cooking skills are more important than formal experience.
- No specific educational qualification required.
- Candidates with or without hotel/restaurant experience can apply.
- Able to communicate in Tamil.
- Responsible, punctual, reliable and cooperative.
- Able to work independently and as part of a kitchen team.
- Age below 45 years; any gender can apply.
Note: The Purchase Team will be responsible for purchasing all required ingredients and supplies. The Staff Meal Cook's responsibility is primarily cooking and maintaining their own workspace.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
