Prime Capitals Nidhi Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, business development, customer service, collections, and team management. The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving business targets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Achieve branch business targets for deposits, loans, and customer acquisition.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, local businesses, and community members.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Branch Operations
- Manage daily branch operations efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure smooth processing of deposits, loans, collections, and customer transactions.
- Monitor branch cash management and maintain operational controls.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train employees on products, services, compliance requirements, and customer service standards.
- Maintain discipline and productivity within the branch.
Collections & Recovery
- Monitor loan repayments and collection activities.
- Ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts.
- Support field staff in resolving collection-related issues.
- Maintain healthy portfolio quality and minimize delinquency.
Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Promote customer retention and satisfaction.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Nidhi Company regulations and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Conduct periodic audits and reviews of branch activities.
- Report operational, financial, and compliance issues to management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in banking, NBFC, Nidhi Company, finance, or related sector.
- Experience in branch management and team leadership preferred.
- Strong knowledge of deposits, lending, collections, and customer relationship management.
