Job Mandate
The service Technician is responsible for daily execution and improvement of Service, Inventory, Inspecting, Analyzing & troubleshooting of vehicles and equipment on field and Hub.
Job Responsibilities
● Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance,
periodic maintenance, breakdown maintenance on field & Hub.
● Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers
problems and provide accurate repair recommendations over the phone
● Inspect vehicles according to the scheduled plan requirements for the safety of the
vehicle.
● Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives for the quality checks
● Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
● Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace
safety.
● Servicing the vehicles on customers location on time to time basis.
● Managing the inventory in Hub and reduce the spares consumption by reworking and
refurbishing the spares.
Additional Requirement
● Ability to operate all auto repair tools
● Willingness to participate in in-house training
● Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
