We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Software Sales Support Executive to join our growing IT software team. The candidate will be responsible for handling company-provided leads, understanding client requirements, explaining software solutions, and supporting the sales process through calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on company-provided leads.
- Connect with prospective clients via calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Conduct software demonstrations and presentations for clients.
- Provide pre-sales support and assist clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical team for client requirements and queries.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of software products and technology.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (IT/Computer background preferred).
- Experience in IT sales, software sales, customer support, or business development will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
