We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling office coordination, documentation, communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and coordinate routine office activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Maintain company records, files, and documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other office documents as required.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Production, Accounts, and HR departments.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure timely procurement of stationery and other office requirements.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
- Assist in maintaining employee attendance and leave records.
- Follow up with vendors, customers, and service providers regarding office-related matters.
- Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS data.
- Ensure the office is well organized and all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of documentation and office procedures.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, or equivalent).
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration (Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply).
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP software, Tally, or CRM systems will be an added advantage.
