Role Summary
The Sales Executive will work in a specialized optical retail environment, responsible for assisting customers in selecting frames, lenses, and eyewear solutions while ensuring high sales conversion and excellent customer service.
KRA: Task / Activities
- Attend walk-in customers and understand vision/eyewear requirements
- Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and optical products
- Explain lens types (single vision, progressive, coatings, etc.)
- Handle product trials and assist in frame selection
- Drive sales and achieve store targets
- Maintain stock of frames, lenses, and accessories
- Coordinate with optometrists (if applicable)
- Generate daily sales and inventory reports
- Ensure proper display of optical products
- Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Sales target achievement (monthly/weekly)
- Customer conversion ratio
- Average billing value (ABV)
- Customer satisfaction & repeat clients
- Product knowledge and upselling success
Required Skills
- Strong sales skills in optical/eyewear retail (mandatory)
- Knowledge of frames, lenses, and optical products
- Good communication skills (English & Tamil)
- Customer handling and consultation skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
Preferred skills
- Experience in premium/luxury optical brands
- Understanding of lens technology & vision solutions
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
