About TSA
The Social Arch is a design storytelling studio for architecture firms, interior designers, and real estate brands. We turn the built environment into stories that get noticed. As we grow, we're bringing on a Visual Brand Lead to hold the visual standard across our entire client portfolio.
The role
This is a leadership seat, not a production one. You'll set and protect the visual identity of every brand we handle, lead the design team that executes it, and be the senior creative voice in client conversations. Your job is to make sure that across dozens of brands and hundreds of deliverables, everything looks intentional, consistent, and unmistakably well-made — without you personally building each asset.
What you'll own
- The visual direction and brand systems for all client accounts — guidelines, templates, and the rules that keep each brand coherent across formats and channels
- Quality and consistency: you review, critique, and elevate the team's output rather than produce it yourself
- The design team — hiring, mentoring, workload, and growth; you raise the ceiling of what the team can do
- Senior client relationships on the creative side — presenting direction, defending decisions, translating a client's world into a visual point of view
- The bridge between strategy and execution: making sure what the studio promises shows up correctly in the work
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in brand/visual design, with at least 2 leading a team or function
- A strong eye and a track record of brand systems that scaled across multiple touchpoints
- Fluency in the built-environment world — architecture, interiors, or real estate — enough to hold your own with architects and read a project. A formal architecture background is a strong plus (see note below)
- Proven graphic design foundation (typography, layout, identity systems)
- The judgment to know when work is "done" and the communication skills to explain why
- Comfort being client-facing and decision-making under deadline
Nice to have
- Experience inside or alongside an architecture/design firm or agency
- Motion, web, or print production knowledge (to direct it, not to do it)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
